چکیده

Indonesia is a country that has abundant mineral resources, including nickel resources in laterite ore. Nickel demand risen significantly because of the need for precursors battery production. can be processed via hydrometallurgical route to obtain precursor by leaching ore with an acid solution produce nickel-rich or Pregnant Leach Solutions (PLS). This then precipitation base make its hydroxides known as Mixed Hydroxides Precipitate (MHP). MHP main product contains and cobalt making material lithium battery. PLS usually contain iron impurity, which also dissolves when leached. Therefore, needs separated high-purity MHP. To solve this problem, synthetic contained nickel, cobalt, iron, their concentration was simulated match general composition. From experiment, it observed could precipitated at two stages pH 3 3.5 using 2.5 M NaOH solution. After that, higher pH. study effect temperature on yield precipitation, 7, 8, 9; 70, 80, 90 °C conducted. The results show highest obtained 9 °C, 99.03% 98.78%, respectively.
